​Villa Matilde Levanto

We had a wonderful week in Levanto and in Villa Matilde. Luciana and Marco was very helpful and we felt really welcome. The villa was very clean and well equipped including basic household items, so we where established right after arrival. There is a scenic view to Levanto and the sea from the terrace and the villa is located close to hiking routes and stairs to the beach. We definitely consider to return to Villa Matilde next summer.

Casa molto bella, pulita, ben attrezzata, con uno spazio esterno godibilissimo, vista incantevole. Posizione ideale per raggiungere facilmente le Cinque Terre. Unica piccolissima "pecca" è il fatto che per raggiungere la spiaggia più vicina (con mare molto pulito) si devono fare oltre 100 scalini a scendere e...soprattutto a risalire! In alternativa si può comunque percorrere la strada normale, si allunga un pochino il tragitto ma è leggermente meno faticosa. In ogni caso, tutto molto bello

Great stay in a wonderful location Very nice house with exceptional sea view. The property is exactly as described in the listing, very well cleaned and maintained, excellent reception. Better moving by car or rent a scooter is recommended to shop in Levanto.

Traumhafte Lage Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub in der Villa Matilde verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Herzlicher Empfang und Einweisung durch Luciana und Mario, noch einmal herzlichen Dank dafür an die beiden. Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung, ruhige Lage, sehr gepflegt, große Terrasse, tolle Sicht über die Bucht von Levanto und das Meer. Levanto, Strand, Bahnhof alles schnell erreichbar. Wir können einen Urlaub in der Villa Matilde nur weiterempfehlen.

Wir sind eine Familie mit zwei Kindern (14 und 16) und haben eine Woche Ferien in der villa matilda verbracht. Das Haus bietet mit seiner Hanglage eine wundersch�ne Aussicht auf den Strand und das Meer von Levanto. Ruhige und private Lage mit einem grossen Garten. Gute Ausgangslage f�r die cinque terre, La Spezia..etc. Levanto bietet unz�hlige Restaurants und die notwendigen Einkaufsm�glichkeiten sind vorhanden. Einziger Minuspunkt: Eine Aussendusche fehlt, w�re aber von Vorteil.

Beautiful, modern villa with a fabulous view. The week we spent a Villa Matilda was amazing in many ways. Luciana and Mario made sure we were comfortable and let us know about everything the villa had to make our stay the best. They were wonderful! The villa had a great, well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. The bathrooms were spotless as was the rest of the villa. The patio over looking the sea and Levanto was amazing. We loved our time there!

TOP ! + ruhig gelegen (kein Durchgangsverkehr, Privatstraße !), große Terrasse, mit wundervollem Ausblick über die Bucht, sehr modern eingerichtet (insbesondere die Küche ist Top!) + 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder + WLAN + die Beschreibung entspricht komplett den Gegebenheiten + sehr nette Vermieter (!) - Strand (ca. 500m), Innenstadt (ca. 1km) und Bahnhof (ca. 2km) sind zwar fußläufig erreichbar, aber nur über etliche Höhenmeter (mit Einkaufstüten oder etwas mehr Handgepäck empfehlen sich Motorroller)

Wir haben als Famile (6 Erwachsene, 1 Säugling) wunderschöne Tage in der Villa Matilde verbracht. Alle Angaben und Fotos bzgl. Ausstattung etc. geben genau das wieder, was wir vorgefunden haben. Alles im Haus und in der wunderschönen Außenanlage war sehr gepflegt und in gutem Zustand. Wir wurden von Luciana und Mario sehr freundlich empfangen und kompetent und zuvorkommend in alles eingewiesen. Jederzeit können wir dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!
